1. Product description

The RX18211 receiving module is a UHF band ASK receiving demodulator and supports ASK/OOK demodulation. The receiving module has high sensitivity

(-112dBm), low power consumption performance (<6mA), and high dynamic range (greater than 60dB). The module uses a highly integrated chip,

Built-in front-end low-noise amplifier, mixer, filter, frequency synthesizer and other circuits, can optimize the signal to the greatest extent.

2. Product features

  •  Support ASK demodulation mode, the receiving sensitivity reaches -112dBm;
  •  Operating frequency: 315MHz (RX18211-3) / 433.92MHz (RX18211-4);
  •  The receiving bandwidth is 300KHz;
  •  Power supply voltage input range: 2.0V-5.0V;
  •  Low power consumption;

  •  Good selectivity and stray radiation suppression ability, easy to pass CE/Fcc international certification;
  •  Good local oscillator radiation suppression ability, multiple receiving modules can work together (that is, single transmitter and multiple receivers) and will not interfere with each other, use together

Does not affect the receiving distance;

 5. Antenna size

  • General application type

For general applications, the antenna can directly adopt the common specifications in the market, as follows:

315M antenna
The diameter of the antenna core (including the outer skin) is 1.0mm, (not including the outer skin) 0.5mm;
The wire length at the welding end is 17.5mm, and the wire length at the antenna end is 9.5mm;
Antenna winding diameter (including outer skin) 5mm;
The number of winding turns is 15 turns.
RX18211 receiving module

433M antenna
Wire length of welding end 10mm
The total length of the straightened antenna wire is 170mm;
The number of winding turns is 15 turns.

  • Special enhanced type

If a longer communication distance is required, which cannot be met by common application antennas, an enhanced antenna can be used to increase the receiving distance as follows:

315M antenna
Antenna core diameter (including outer skin) 1.2mm, (not including outer skin) 0.5mm;
The wire length at the welding end is 20mm;
The diameter of the antenna winding (excluding the outer skin) is 6.8mm;
The winding has 13 turns and the winding length is 23.5mm.

433M antenna
The diameter of the antenna core (including the sheath) is 1.0mm, (excluding the sheath) 0.35mm;
The wire length at the welding end is 12mm;
Antenna winding diameter (excluding the outer skin) 3.0mm;
The number of winding turns is 26 and the winding length is 36mm.

6. Matters needing attention

(1) This product is a CMOS device, so it should be protected from static electricity during storage, transportation and use.
(2) The device should be grounded well when using it.
(3) The RF device is a voltage sensitive device. If it can be connected in series or ripple through, please add a filter to the power input to ensure the supply
The electrical voltage does not exceed the maximum working voltage of the product.
