Qiachip KR2201 220V 1-channel remote control switch controller receiver instruction manual

This manual applies to the following product models:

1) KR2201 2) KR2201B 3) KR2201D 4) KR2201E

5) KR1201 6) KR2401

The above remote control switch controller is a receiver and needs to be matched with the remote control (transmitter) to work.

The action of the receiver is controlled by the transmitter.

The function description and setting method of the remote control switch

(Hereinafter referred to as “receiver"):

Reset function:

After push the receiver's learning button 8 times,

The receiver Clear all the remote control data in its memory.

When the receiver's LED flashes a few times,

It indicates that the clear function has been completed.

(After cleared the code in the receiver, all the remote control cannot work with the receiver.)

The receiver's Working Mode in the following modes (Different models have different working modes):

Momentary mode: 

Push the Remote control button, the receiver's relay is ON; release button, the receiver's relay is OFF.

Toggle mode:

Push Remote control button for 1 time, the receiver's relay is ON;

Push button again, the receiver's relay is OFF.

Latched mode: 

Push Remote control button A, the receiver's relay is ON, Push the transmitter's button B, the receiver's relay is OFF.

(Latched mode requires a remote control with 2 or more buttons to implement.)

Match and set the receiver's Working mode

  1. Setting momentary Mode:

Press the receiver's Learning button 1 time, the receiver's LED will be lights up, it comes into Setting state; Press the remote's button, the receiver's LED will flash then come off, Setting successfully.

  1. Setting Toggle Mode:

Press the receiver's Learning button 2 time, the receiver's LED will be lights up, it comes into Setting state; Press the remote's button, the receiver's LED will flash then come off, Setting successfully.

  1. Setting Latched Mode:

(Note: When you choose "Latched Mode", you need to setting two different buttons on the Remote control, the first time learn is for “ON”, the second time learn for “OFF”.

For example: button A = ON, button B = OFF)

Press the receiver's Learning button 3 time, the receiver's LED will be lights up, it comes into Setting state; Press the remote's A button, the receiver's LED will flash and then remains lit; Then press the remote's B button, the receiver's LED will flash then come off, Setting successfully.

  1. Set delay off mode(This mode is only available for KR1201):
  2. a) Set the receiver to switch off automatically after 5 seconds:

Press the receiver's learning button 4 times, the receiver's LED will light up and enter learning mode; press the remote control's button, the receiver's LED will flashes, then the setting is completed. (Function: press the remote control button once, the receiver will switch on, then the receiver automatically switch off after 5 seconds)

  1. b)Set the receiver to switch off automatically after 10 seconds

Press the receiver's learning button 5 times, the receiver's LED will light up and enter learning mode; press the remote control's button, the receiver's LED will flashes, then the setting is completed.

(Function: press the remote control button once, the receiver will switch on, then the receiver automatically switch off after 10 seconds)

  1. c)Set the receiver to switch off automatically after 15 seconds

Press the receiver's learning button 6 times, the receiver's LED will light up and enter learning mode; press the remote control's button, the receiver's LED will flashes, then the setting is completed.

(Function: press the remote control button once, the receiver will switch on, then the receiver automatically switch off after 15 seconds)

Set the output to 'Power On or Power Off' mode after the receiver is powered on

(This mode is only available for models: KR2201D, KR2201E):

When the receiver is powered on, the default output is powered off (no output voltage).

If you need the receiver to be powered on (with output voltage) when the power is turned on, push the receiver's button 6 times after the receiver is powered on.

The receiver's LED flashes 3 times and then turns off. The setting is successful.

Then match the remote as described above and select the working mode you need.

Reset to default mode: Push the receiver‘s button 8 times.

Note: When the receiver is reset to the default mode, all matching remotes will fail and they will not be able to continue to control the receiver, they will need to re-match the receiver.

 

Warning:

  1. High Voltage, please take precautions to avoid electrical shock.
  2. Low battery (remote control's battery) would lead to shorter range of transmission (battery with lower voltage would also shorten the range of transmission).
  3. When using wireless electronic products, please avoid metal plat, large electronic devices & strong electromagnetic field or it would disrupt the radio transmission.
  4. Do not misuse electronic device. It would shorten the life expectancy of the device, damage the device or even cause harm to safety.

    @Khaled..
    Click the programming button 8x to reset.

    Click programming button once, then press B on the remote. B will be your momentary on function.

    Click the programming button twice, then press the A button. The A button will toggle the output on and off.

    Dear khaled abdullah,
    You can match the A button and B button of the receiver and remote control respectively

    First, set the momentary mode on the A button:
    Press the receiver’s learning button once, the receiver’s LED indicator will light up and enter the setting state; press the remote control’s A button, the receiver’s LED indicator will flash and then go out, the A button is set successfully.

    Then set the switching mode on the B button:
    Press the receiver’s learning button twice, the receiver’s LED indicator will light up, enter the setting state; press the remote control’s B button, the receiver’s LED flashes, and then turns off, the B button is set successfully.

    I have set the A&B buttons to toggle mode and they work properly on opening / closing the garage door. But when there is a power failure (often in winter) and the garage door is closed then it opens on its own (as if I had pressed the button)!
    How can I stop this?

    How can i make one remote does toggle mode and momentary mode at the same time? for example :
    A button is toggle mode
    B button is momentary mode
