1. The remote control adopts the learning type EV1527 coding method, and each remote control has an independent address code to prevent threading codes and mutual interference.


2. The receiving module has 3 functional options: jog, self-locking and interlocking. Three types can be set arbitrarily.


3. The receiving module adopts the button selection mode. There is no need to manually select the mode by welding, jumper, etc., saving time and labor costs.


4. The receiving module with decoder chip can support EV1527, PT2262 and other encoding chips .


5. When the remote control button is pressed, D0, D1, D2, and D3 output high level, and when not pressed, it is low level.

Working mode operation: 
1. Jog: Press the remote control, the decoding module jogs and outputs a level signal once, which is the jog mode.

Setting method: Press the learning button of the decoding module once, and the LED light of the decoding module will light up.

Press any button on the remote control, after the decoding module receives the signal, the LED of the decoding module flashes three times and then goes out, the setting is successful.
2. Self-locking: Press the remote control and the decoding module will continue to output level signals. Press the remote control again and the decoding module will stop outputting signals, which is the self-locking mode.

Instructions

Clear code:

Press the learn code button 8 times and the LED goes out. LED flashes 8 times, clear OK. (If you need to change the working mode of the same remote control, please clear the code before learning)   

Learning to code:
step one:

Press the learning button of the decoding module according to the required number of times to select the working mode, and the LED light of the decoding module will light up.

Jog mode: Press the decoding module learning button once.

Self-locking mode: Press the learning button of the decoding module twice.

Interlock mode: Press the learning button of the decoding module 3 times.

Step two:

Press any button of the remote control, after the decoding module receives the signal, the LED of the decoding module flashes three times and then goes out, the code is successfully matched. (If there is no remote control signal after entering the learning code matching mode, it will automatically exit the learning code matching mode after 10 seconds.

 

Working mode introduction:

1. Jog: Press the remote control, and the decoding module instantly outputs a level signal, which is the jog mode.

2. Self-locking: Press the remote control and the decoding module will continue to output level signals. Press the remote control again and the decoding module will stop outputting signals, which is the self-locking mode.

3. Interlock: Press the remote control, the decoding module will continue to output level signals, and then press the remote control to change the output channel of the decoding module, which is the interlock mode. (For example: Press the remote control A button, the decoding module D0 pin outputs a signal, press the B button, the decoding module D0 pin stops outputting the signal, and becomes the D1 pin output signal.)

common problem

1. When the power is turned on, code clearing and code matching can be performed at any time. When the circuit is working, the clearing function is performed. After the clearing is successful, the 4 relays will return to normal state. When the LED indicator lights up during the code matching function, it enters the code matching state. The learning waiting time is about 16 seconds. The code matching needs to be completed within these 16 seconds. After 16 seconds, the LED indicator turns off and the program automatically exits the code matching state.

2. When using it for the first time, be sure to clear the code once and clear the factory test to store the remote control code. The effective remote control code LED indicator will light up after the code is successfully matched.

3. The control switch can store 16 remote control codes. If 17 remote control codes are learned, the program will automatically overflow and the first remote control code will become invalid. And so on. When the remote control code is confused, it should be cleared before learning to avoid interference from other remote control codes.

4. The remote control used needs to be coded and learned, because the general coded remote control is not coded when it leaves the factory. It is okay to take it and learn and use it directly, but it will be controlled by other remote controls without coding.

5. When using and installing, try to avoid interference sources and form a similar shielding enclosure. It will directly affect the receiving sensitivity.

6. Do not use it abnormally. Abnormal use will reduce the performance and service life of the product. In severe cases, it will directly damage the product and bring hidden dangers to your safety.
